Program Eligibility:
Merchants are eligible to participate in American Express OptBlue Program for American Express Card acceptance if they meet the following criteria:
- Merchant is located in the U.S. 50 states
- Merchant is an eligible Merchant Category Code (MCCs)

Program Exclusions:
Merchants are not eligible to participate in the program if:
- Merchant is located in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or any U.S. territory
- Merchant is physically located outside the U.S.
- Merchant is in excluded MCCs or categories
