How do I install the RCM update?

The RCM system update process can easily be completed by following these steps:

  • Download the necessary RCM software.
  • Once the download has completed, locate the installation file – typically in your “Downloads” folder.
    • The Installation file will be named RcmCertificateUpgrader.exe.
  • Click on and run the installation file
  • The installer will automatically run, install the new certificate, and close when done.
  • Once the upgrade process has been completed, you may begin to process transactions
