Dear OpenEdge Partner / Client,

The following table lists specific IP ranges and Ports OpenEdge maintains for its applications and services. Locations for any given service may change dynamically for performance, maintenance or other environmental factors. To ensure our network changes are non-disruptive, you should confirm your security control mechanisms allow outbound traffic to the locations detailed in the table below.

These lists may change over time. We will communicate any updates to you, however, we recommend you bookmark this page to ensure you have the latest Gateway IP range and Port information readily available.

Some Additional Notes:
  • Not all IP/Port/URLs are “live” and reachable during normal operations.
  • OpenEdge strongly recommends you use public DNS to resolve any service URLs unless you are specifically prescribed not to do so by our technical support staff. Using IPs directly, or other mechanisms like ‘hosts’ file overrides, may result in connectivity interruptions.

Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for your partnership.
